25/March/2026 - A final update of the Botany BC Program, effective May 25th, has been posted on the drop down menu with additional information about the field trips.
In addition, two zipped Avenza base Maps have been added for those who use Avenza.

23/May/2026 - The Botany BC Program has been updated to include field trip overview information and other details around timing, meals, meet-up places etc.
Two documents have been posted under the Species List. The first, a publication by Curtis Bjork, 'NOTEWORTHY VASCULAR PLANTS FROM THE CASCADE LEE, BRITISH COLUMBIA', the second, an updated species list for the Princeton area compiled by Bruce Bennett.

09/April/2026 - Botany BC registration is full and a waitlist has been established!

21/March/2026 - The document "Accommodation-Eateries-Amenities" has now been added to the 2026 File Menu.

18/March/2026 - Botany BC 2026 is now open for registration. Registration and the draft program are available under the 2026 File Menu.
Accomodation is not included in the registration but a list of some accommodation options for the Princeton area will be available on the Botany BC website shortly.

10/February/2026 - Set aside the dates! We are pleased to announce that Botany BC 2026 will be taking place in the Similkameen area from the evening of Thursday May 28th through to Sunday May 31st, 2026.
We will be centered out of the historic town of Princeton BC. More details and registration to follow in March 2026.
